Pax is an olfactory self-portrait used by Lorenzo Pazzaglia to show his true personality, his culinary art and his personality.
Juxtaposed and contrasted notes reconstruct the countless facets of a multifaceted person. The sparkling and cordial attack of citrus and pepper opens the way to a heart of fruity notes whose sweetness is tempered by a crystalline incense. Precious woods and leather offer an unexpected decor to a bouquet of white flowers with fruity and spicy shades. Each note, each raw material used is a hidden symbol, but also a key.
