Pax is an olfactory self-portrait used by Lorenzo Pazzaglia to show his true personality, culinary art and personality.
Juxtaposed and contrasting notes reconstitute the innumerable facets of a multifaceted person. The sparkling and cordial attack of citrus and pepper opens the way to a heart of fruity notes whose sweetness is tempered by crystalline incense. Precious woods and leather provide an unexpected backdrop to a bouquet of white flowers with fruity and spicy shades. Each note, each raw material used is a hidden symbol, but also a key.
