VERDIGRIS - KINETIC

VERDIGRIS is the color of the patina covering the copper surfaces. Its noble green, interspersed with gray spots, recalls the salt blown by the ocean wind on the roofs of Mediterranean houses. Here, the classic freshness of citrus has been given only a secondary role - where the proud Italian lemons and oranges are usually the focus, they are here only a discreet background. VERDIGRIS deconstructs classical Cyprus and brilliantly reassembles its traditional elements. The silky bouquet of flowers - freesia, pink and reseda - is peppered with spicy notes of nutmeg and coriander. On their bottom, the humid and shimmering calone is transparent, almost white. Not sweet, but appetizing. Expressive, but not overtly woody. Ethereal, but resonant. VERDIGRIS, an icy salt like snow.

Is a sea without blue possible? VERDIGRIS plays the notion of sea water on a whole new plane, shifting the concept to earth. Here, the sea is born at the intersection of the sky, the air and the sun.
