How 's your mood ? Erotic, intimate, animalistic, and mysterious
Mysterious and seductive, gentle and carnal at the same time, Under my Skin is my interpretation of the animal theme, softened by a precious iris butter, this emotional fragrance is human and intimate, as if emanating from your own skin.
The following notes are used: grapefruit, lavender, black pepper, spices, Bulgarian rose, carnation, iris butter, musk, castoreum, amber grey, leather accord, costus, tonka bean, tolu balm, Peruvian balm, sandalwood, vanilla, tree mousse.
It is an extract of perfume, to be used sparingly because the concentration is 25%.
The origin of Under My Skin
Under My Skin is my interpretation of the animal theme, and I was fascinated by strong animal scents, and I tried to make my own, but I had to realize that what I like in other people's creations is not necessarily what I like to create myself.
So, after adding animal materials going in the direction of the heavy or the soft or the stable, I had to gradually eliminate them, to arrive at this solution that suits me best: a cured, slightly animal, powdered, velvety and elegant material that fits my personality and my style, and when I finally understood that this was my path, I was finally happy and relieved.
The name comes from a conversation with an artist and fragrance enthusiast, who said that it was as if the scent emanated from the skin. This concept of <unk> Under My Skin <unk> encouraged me in the idea of moving towards something more subtly <unk> human <unk> than openly <unk> animal <unk>. The core of the scent is a combination of animal and cooked notes tamed by iris butter (with 15% irony!). After working on this core, I worked on the background notes, composed of Tolu Baume, Baume du Pérou, Fève Tonka and several types of wood.
The final stage of the work was the opening, where I used grapefruit and lavender, and I used to hate lavender, but here it plays a subtle and elegant role, and I was amazed at how well it combined with this perfume, bringing lightness and elegance.
