As a fiery sun plunges into the Indian Ocean, the scent of fragrant indigenous fruits invades the languid evening breeze. A heavenly elixir of citrus and spicy delights awaits us, giving way to a deliciously gourmet and sensual floral heart. It is best to eat it at sunset!

About Sunset Hour:
Fun and frivolous from the start, Sunset Hour opens with a pairing of pear, tangerine and desert peach - a tangy fruity note based on peach and rhubarb, with a feeling of sunny skin and crusted with the characteristic salt. In the heart, the rich white bloom of jasmine, green mango, ginger and coconut cream enhance the tropical exoticism of desert fishing, while pink pepper gives spice to the acidity of this central ingredient. Meanwhile, Australian sandalwood, itself a close relative of the Quandong, provides a green and spicy woody springboard for the fruity decadence of coconut and desert peach, which continues to the soft base of musk and vanilla.
