Where am I? Am I still dreaming or is this reality?

Dreams tell of this suspended moment between dream and real life, this moment when our mind and our heart are still in a distant place and we feel lost, confused, as if suspended...

With Sogni I told about my love for Japan, the memories of past travels, my passion for Kawabata literature, Kurosawa movies and bonsai. I tried to tell a new story with a warm woody scent, my Japanese dream.

One day, a long time ago, I thought and dreamed of being able to create a perfect woody perfume, where the different woods tell the time, the flow of life itself, again a challenge, a perfume that could be unique, exciting and engaging.

Dreams are the realization of my desire, an immediate experience, incredibly close to reality and the nature of things. Aesthetic devotion to nature.

The opening of Dreams is made of tatami wood and Japanese pine needles, we are in an old ryokan in Kyoto and the rain has stopped falling. A bowl of hot rice is next to us, it reminds us of the simplicity of life, its purity. The attention brings to our nose the green, clear and transparent note of a bamboo forest, the note fleurie of Pivoine is on the contrary an exciting haiku. A moment that preludes to the awakening of our dream soul. Finally, the lights of this dawn surround the woody notes of Sandalwood, Cedar and the typical accord of the Kodo ritual, incense.

the album Async by R. Sakamoto in each of these phases and by reading the works of Y. Kawabata.
