MELIPONA - NECTAR OLFACTIF

Vanilla is native to Mexico where the Aztecs used it to sweeten the bitterness of chocolate. Many European attempts were made to grow the pods outside of its native habitat. Louis XIV fell in love with it and wanted to grow it on Bourbon Island, Réunion. But all attempts during his reign failed. No one knew how to fertilize vanilla outside of its native range.
Gourmet and soft, Melipona is a fragrance that opens with elegance on woody and vanilla notes and leaves room in the background on oriental and amber notes.
