Sesame and grapefruit coexist and merge in the way of the landscape they are inspired by, the high plain of Kedu. Nestled on the island of Java, in the heart of Indonesia, this land is fertile, lush and volcanic. The generosity of nature and the eruptive proximity of the volcano Merapi echo, as do the promise of sesame and the gushing of grapefruit. The same life force, the same bubbling energy are flowing from one to the other, giving the composition its full scope.
