Eterno has the smell of a pine forest scorched by the sun.

The scent of warm wood and resins instills a sense of belonging, a sense of protection.

It's an empty shelter.

A sense of belonging.  

The forest closes upon me, whispering its breath through its branches and hiding me from the sun. The sky is covered with wood and resin, an impenetrable shield, protecting and isolating me from the world. There is a refuge, at an unknown address, suspended in infinity.

A door to safety and understanding, wide open in a land of rebirth without storm. but you remain intact and resist unharmed because you are the eternal refuge of immortal memories.

No one knows what my dream is made of: it is the same substance that inhabits an innocent thought as beauty.

So I lock this thought in the living room, the mirror box, where my feeling is reflected on the infinite.

I slowly decline and fade into the void, indulging myself in the darkness of my home, a home of my own where I feel guarded and cared for, a secret pier for all the charts, so that I, too, can hide.

Not all journeys hint at their destination, but, in their becoming, may lead you south of yourself.

The direction of my walk, my journey... a path through the woods of the desert, in the shadow of a color I do not distinguish.

Eight my steps, eight my number, symbol of infinity, prelude to return.
