17 ROSSO - ROBERTO UGOLINI

Roberto Ugolini's elegant custom-made shoes in Florence have a cult status among connoisseurs from all over the world. His fragrances, on the other hand, are still an insider’s secret: this succulent perfume is called “17 Rosso”, named after the number of his shoemaker’s workshop located on Via dei Michelozzi.
Rarely concentrated: a ‘perfume extract’ with an exceptionally high perfume oil content of 30 %.
The enormous concentration makes the “17 Rosso” so exceptionally durable and valuable. By way of comparison: the usual perfume water - which can also be very rich - has a perfume oil content of between 8 and 15 %.
Fruity and floral, woody and spicy.
The top note contains white peach leaves, cananga oil, mint, saffron and green raspberry. The heart note combines damask and peonies with pink pepper and spicy nasturtium. In the background note, balsamic styrax resin, sweet-flowering ambrette seeds and woody amyris with vetiver and cedar mix to form a soft finish. Comes in a red lacquered bottle with hand-perforated leather label and polished horn cap.
